During my stay, I loved how close I was to Morumbi Shopping, just a 15-minute walk away, and the beautiful Parque Burle Marx which is perfect for leisurely strolls. the staff truly made my experience memorable, especially Marco at breakfast who was both kind and attentive.

Dinner should ideally be included with the high room rates!!! The air conditioning in the room made enough noise to disrupt sleep!!! Also, a smart TV would be a reasonable addition for a five-star hotel!!!

The reception and breakfast staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed during our three-night stay in a Deluxe King Room. The facilities were beautifully maintained and impeccably clean, enhancing our experience. However, we were disappointed by the limited happy hour at the executive lounge, which ended earlier than expected, preventing us from fully enjoying that amenity. The breakfast's homemade bread was delightful, but a little more clarity on lounge hours would have been appreciated.

What stood out was the fantastic hospitality and cleanliness throughout the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished. The breakfast offered a wide variety. However, the lack of free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a letdown, and parking fees were quite steep.
